About the Villa
 You can sit and relax for hours in our large Pool or Spa. You can have a quiet read by the pool in our comfortable loungers. There is simply something for everyone! Villa Shamu is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa situated off Highway 27, in the newly built Silver Creek development. Silver Creek is just a mile away from the Hwy 27-US192 junction, set in a tranquil wooded conservation area. There is a little mall at the entrance with a Winn-Dixie supermarket, pizza takeaway place, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy and dentist. The home comfortably sleeps 13 people, ideal for 2 families sharing or for a golfing party of 4 or 8 where each player will have their own bed. Facilities:
Areas of the houses Family Room & Kitchen Lounge & Dining Room Master Bedrooms 3 Double Bedrooms With 1 Twin in each Other Living Areas Games room Alarm System Family Room & Kitchen The Family Room is comfortably furnished and has a large TV, DVD player and a Playstation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and glassware. You can choose to eat in the kitchen with its table and chairs or eat in a more formal setting in the Dining Room.  
Return to top Lounge & Dining Room These 2 rooms offer desired peace and quiet, whether you are reading your favourite book in the Lounge or having a quiet meal without the kids. 
Return to top Master Bedrooms There are 2 Master Bedrooms. Both Master Bedrooms have a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished and have closets, chests of drawers, ceiling fans and alarm clock radios for those who want to hit the parks early.  
Return to top 3 Double Bedrooms With 1 Twin There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a single twin. These rooms all have an ensuite bathroom. These are well furnished and suitable for all ages . Again these rooms are furnished with drawers, closets and ceiling fans.  
Return to top Other Living Areas We have a Utility Room with a Washer, Dryer, Iron and ironing table. 
The pool and Spa area complete the perfect holiday villa. You can laze around here on the comfortable loungers, take a dip in the pool, play with the pool toys, relax in the spa or have a snack sitting at the table and chairs provided. You are screened from bugs but not from the sun unless you want to take a nap in the lanai, shaded from the sun and yet enjoying the breeze.  
Games room The Games room is located in the garage, which contains a pool table, foosball table, 2 football tables, basketball, darts and mini table tennis. Kids must be supervised in here at all times. 
Alarm System Our home has a monitored ADT alarm that must be used when you are not in the home.
