Please note:

Stays of 6 nights or less are liable for cleaning fees (approx $150).

A non-refundable deposit of $180 per week, is required at time of booking.

You may pay with most major credit cards using Paypal.

The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of $320 will be required at the time of booking. A cash or cheque deposit will be refunded within 28 days after your departure from the villa as long as the Management Company is satisfied that no damage has taken place.
